Please suggest some party games for kids that do not require a lot of preparation and will not destroy the house. LOL.

Treasure Hunt: you could hide some goodies around the house…have a coouple of teams, the team with the most goodies in their basket wins.
You could do a magic show.
If the kids are older…6 and up, you could do a name/place/animal/thing… 4 columns per sheet, give a sheet to each kid and a pencil, say a letter, the first kid to have all columns filled wins…
Kids Bingo
Trivial Pursuit
Scrabble

Re: Party Games for Kids
depending on how old they are, a memory game might be fun too.
put random, large objects on tray, show it to the kids and give the kids a chance to memorize them, so for a minute maybe. then cover the tray and have the kids write down whatever they remember. whomever remembers the most, gets to keep either all the things on the tray or picks one. its a good use of party favors!

Hide and seek...
ludo...
etc,,,,
Re: Party Games for Kids
thanks everyone for the great ideas.
I will definitely put some of them to good use in the next gathering.
Unfortunately we had kids that ranged in age from 3 to 11 so it was difficult to do something that kept each of them occupied.
The PS2 with Jungle Party was good because it allowed them to play 4 at a time and it was easy enough for most to understand.
