Would you let your kid have on?
If so why and at what age?
If not why?
Personally I would like them to get a part time job so they have money to spend to go out and buy what they like. It also teaches independence and the value of money.

I had a couple.. from 15/16..
I'd encourage my (future) kids to as well..
