I know some people who work in Call Centres in the UK and they have said that although somoetimes it can be fun, in the majority it's quite tedious as the calls automatically keep feeding through. Also , I suppose it depends on whether it's outgoing or incoming calls!!!

Easy money though as in the majority of cases, it's just "Go in, do the job, go home" no attachment!
