I may be too cit off but I dont think a large population of ppl especially women would go out with a goal of walking or running for fitness outside of a few major cities and even in those cities i think it would vary by area. whether because in some areas, life is hard and walking for fitness is a luxury that no one has time/energy for, or they are really cnservative areas.

Nah you are totally right right.
Its usually a doctor who send a woman for walk for first time.
Some couple go together.
But mostly women don't.
If Lahore is pakistan’s girl friend then I must say lately Karachi has been treated like a boy toy .. lol :D
