I would say just try to be at your best and try to tolerate them as much as you can. You (in general) shouldn’t disobey them. Everyone has to answer his/her own deeds. If they do bad to you, they will be held accountable for that. Just because they are your parents and treat you rough, that doesn’t mean Allah won’t ask them how they treated their kids. And if you disobey them, you’ll have to explain that to Allah as well.
No matter how bad they are, they are our parents who brought us into this world and took care of us when we were unable to take care of ourselves.
