So this is abit of a spin-off thread from one I had in Life/Relationships forum… I guess I wanted to get an Islamic perspective, if there is one
The situation is that parents are wanting me to make a (life changing) decision which will make everyone happy (except maybe me…).
Islamically speaking, should I be accepting my parent’s decision, as its not anything untoward/unislamic. In fact they probably have my best interests at heart. Or is there any sense in me rejecting based simply on the fact that this decision isn’t something I’m happy with…
