yh some parents do it.. well i knw a girl who went to pakistan with her family. The parents made it out to the girl shes going on a holiday but got her married. The grandad was ill init and the parents said if you dont accept the marriage (to her cousin) then grandads probably going to have a heart attck because he was really poorly at the time. The girl was forced to accept the marriage.. a couple of months later the grandad recovered but it was the girl who had to suffer through all this.. there are some parents who would do all this just to make the girl marry someone of their choice..

well, let's hope the "forced" marriage GAVE the girl a happy life... I mean she can always get to know her hubby
