I am having a paratha brunch tomorrow for few of our friends.
I am making aalo, paneer parathas. I want to make atleast one more savory one, there are too many options(not including meeti), gobi, moli, qeema(mutton or chicken) chana daal. Which one I should pick. For dessert I will get my cook to make guur(brown/raw sugar) puratha.
I am serving dahi with salt, pepper, lal mirch, and chat masala on the side. i will be asking one of out friends to bring some home made achar.
What else I should have other than paratha, dahi and achar.
Then meetha puratha and chai.
Any suggestions to enhance the paratha experience any further LOLLZZZ.
Pick Mince since there is nothing for non vegetarians. Serve mint chutni, plain yogurt and kachoomar salad along. You could make paratha rolls using seekh kabab or boneless tikka as well. And kehwa afterwards will compliment the food better then tea.
thnaks for the suggestions. I will def make mint raita. I was thinking about green tea, as most ppl come to our house and ask for kehwa, so I htought milk tea will be different.
Since in india(atleast where I am) ppl drink moring tea, so I can serve good milk tea when they come and then serve kehwa afterwards, kiya khial hai???
:) so paratha party was good, we had tea served as soon as they came, they got kids parathas started so they wer eond eby the time parentts were done with tea.
I made aalo, paneer and chicken qeema parathas, served with dahi and achar, and tea again.
In the end there was qehwa with some flavoured nuts(homemade) and it was a hit..
