has ne1 ever tried paratha??? its just great. my mum makes me one every now n then…n i burn it in 1/2 hour.:halo:
so this is how my paratha is, its thin n crispy…i have it with chai…and some times with pickle n yougert.
its my favorite ‘nashta’ on a holiday. **

You need some balance in your diet, fruits and salads are full of acid they will burn the tummy linning after a while and result in severe Gastric problems, trust me I have been there, not very pleasant
you need some fiber to sop up the juices
