Plz, plz could some1 tell me how to make a perfect paratha. I made some today for the 1st time and they came out really hard. Dont know what i did wrong. I just need a simple recipe to make a nice flaky paratha. Thanksssssssssss!!

if your rotis are turnin out hard.. your dough is probably too hard... it should be very soft to begin with.. and keep the heat of stove on med high.. cookin rotis on low heat or medium heat can aslo make them turn out hard...

go to store and get pre-made parathays...and just cook them..
