Parasol / Umbrella for the head and Bookbag for laptop

I need to buy one of these umbrella for the head thingies. Where you dont have to hold it with your hand. Where can I get one? Thank you. I used to have one when I was like 10 years old, but I lost it. afsoos

I also need a bookbag for my laptop. Anyone know any moderately priced site for this? Please dont tell me dell. I need a variety to choose from. Lots of compartments, etc.
