How dependant are you on pain killers? on average how many of those tablets do you consume in a months time?

once or twice every month...paracetamol helps me to get rid of migrane attacks...

wow thats alot of pain killers we consume ... arent there any alternative that we can try and find to avoid eating that many PK's ?

Around 4-8 paracetamols a month for migraines, it varies. I try to abstain now because I hear too much consumption increases your immunity against its effects, so I only take them for severe headaches.

Only on my period which I would say is about 4 times and then the odd time where I get severe migraines. I'd say average 4 a month though. I never take them for mild pain because I hate relying on them!
