There is nothing that gives me more pleasure than Salan and Paraatha in Sehri...Sehri is not Sehri without Paraatha...

Ask us Bachelours when we down our Sehri with bread...It's just not it...

lolz no matter what i eat ...paratha or not ...by the time i have eaten, i am starving when after having read namaz & quaran and gone to sleep ...Paratha tends to be heavy but if anyone can vouch for the fact that it keeps u ticking over up until aftari plz let me know ...I found that fasting from 5:20 and 6:42 to be really hard. I guess it was cos it was the first day and stuff ...but still ...

bah…13 hours, ever fasted in UK during summer, now thats a marathin roza brotha..13 hours aint got nuthin on that.

paratha usually produces heaveness and results in nausea feeling and one desires more water and tea during the day.. i cut down parathas in last year ramzan.. today i had 2 :D with achar and a monster omelette...

yeah paratha really helps but for aftari .... iam going for soup only :D

as long as your partha is made with olive oil .. its alright.... I cant stop burping afterwards for hours goodness....

Paratha is yum and I really admire those who get up early enough to cook parathas for sehri. Thank God my hubby does not like to eat paratha in sehri. I am lazy!
