if a girl has divorce paper signed by her husband ..does she need to take or listen verbal divorce as well from him ?

verbal divorce is good enuf from Islamic point of view…documented divorce is needed for court proceedings and/or legal matters.

I have hard if its on documents thn it should be in 3 parts wth some gap of months, I might be wrong but heard this

talaaq dene kaa saHeeH tareeq yehii hai k talaaq teen baar ek ek mahine ke waqfe se dii jaaye…pahle aur dusre talaaq ke ba’d miyaaN biwi do baarah se rujoo’ kar sakte haiN…magar teesrii talaaq dene ke ba’d yaa rujoo’ [contact] na karne kii soorat meN talaaq e muGhallizah paR jaatii hai ya’nii ab Halaalah ke baGhair miyaaN biwii kaa milnaa jaa’iz na hogaa.

How you going to make sure that he have signed those documents in right state of mind?
What if he claims later that he was forced to sign those documents !

Talking about Pakistan the UNION COUNCIL gives 3 months period for reconciliation so even if the guy has been forced to sign divorce papers he can contest it.

there is different in opinion b/w mujtahideen (Imams)… even different opinion in counting the three times divorce… one said if husband said it three times at a time, it is counted as three time but the other said you have to have some gap b/w talaaq.
State of mind does matter.
in document AGAIN some say it has same case as verbal . some say it is final and consider as divorce (three talaaq).

well as far as i know talaq and nikkah even held in ghusa in mazak in zabardasti as well…so it doesnt matter in which state u signed ..talaq or nikah hojayega…
