The bottom line is on a faulty premise Nadia. Did you google on the trusts and foundations that his family has and how much money is given away each year? The fact that he sleeps in a palace and there is child prostitution are not related, I am afraid. Just as you have a computer and there is child prostitution are not related What is related is that while you are giving sermons on why he is not giving his money away to eradicate the scourge of child prostitution. His philanthropies go above and beyond words.
Matsui, did you know that for the price of your one drink, you can educate twenty Ethiopians.
I don’t understand what his problem is? I think the guy is cheating his daughter by inviting only 1000 guests. That is embarrassing. When I got married, I had that many first cousins at my reception, and my dad didn’t hold back and went all the way. It was extravagant, with roast chicken, naan Kababs and all.
I was just thinking, the money I lost 3 weeks ago on Smarty Jones could have bought 500 drinks for Matsui (500 x 8 excluding tip) and me. Sorry Matsui yaar.
I think Nadia is secretly hopin her wedding will be just as lavish and maybe 1000ethiopians would show up and m ake her feel bad. :D
donno bout her feeling bad, but she will certainly feel very fair among them.
No i don't have time to google that. If he does all that, yippee. Allah ussko sawaab dai.
Acha so the topic has changed to my wedding, Ethiopian people, and our comparative skin colours. Beautiful.
Nadia, live a little honey. I am not sure what more do yu want to discuss here that has not been done. It seems no one else has an issue with the wedding. Plus weddings are joyous occasions. I am excited about yours only for the bachelor party that might lead up to it. Call me selfish ![]()

Yes - you and your significant other (that would be Madhanee i mean) are invited to the bachelor party. Have as much fun as you want.
I will get permission from Mrs. Matsui but thanks for the invite. VEgas, Here I come :bhangra:
Matsui, I want you to wear your vintage Armani. I will have my De La Renta.
More like De La Rental.
Get Faisal to stop writing tomes as responses (he is back to his old tricks again) and we can get him to host us..oh and Nadia ofcourse.
I am happy for the meet but I am sad, no poor hungry kids from ulan bator are going to be squeegeing the windows of my hooptie on the strip. ![]()
That’s what I meant, and I look good in it.
yea i heard/saw the wedding make news on TV…my first reaction was the same as urs nadia, thats just goin beyond all limits really to make it “the wedding of the century” as it was dubbed by the reporters…
in any case, ppl think differently, and act differently 2…so while u and i might disagree about such a big sum being spend on a wedding, the person who actually is puttin down the $$ for it thinks otherwise…and he/she is entitled to that 2
who’s to say the person doesn’t do the same for charity work…
in any case…i think u sumed it up pretty much properly…its life, its unfair, father is entitled to do whatever with his money…
for the thought ![]()
I dont remember who uttered this gem,
But it applies beautifully here.
If You "Have It", "Flaunt It".

DM,
Nice thoughts. Well-articulated.
is that same girl for which Mittel stopped funding donation to Cambridge or Oxford Uni when it didnt give her a place in the uni??
anyway though its way too lavish etc, fact is they have it and spending it. if he start thinking of every poor in the world he may not enough to make their lives better. surely he can help some to get up to their feet. but thinking about above attitude Mr Mittal lack this kind of gernerocity every thing mostly businessmen do if for business. :)
