Well the things I have seen on Shukr.co.uk the reference given by the poster ] look like paYjamas instead of some pant like shalwar ..
More precisely I will call Aligarh cut payjamas or straight cut payjamas ..
Any gents tailor in Pakistan will make it for ya in 100-150 quid .. I hope so
And not every body likes wearing shalwar … I , myself more comfy with payjams
Or may be its my biasness which considers shalwar as an uncouth and philistine piece of apparel ..
