I dont know who the singer is, I was walking by and saw an indian store so stopped in and saw music CDs, I had heard of Pankaj Udas but I had him mistaken for Mukesh so I bought the Cds only to find out the guy was not mukesh nor pankaj. The Cd had all pankaj songs but from different paki artists. If I find the name I'll post
