Panic attack - Time is so close!! ..... HELP!!!!

Girls! I am getting engaged in almost 3 weeks. Right now, id say i am not looking the best of myself.

Skin - oily and blemished with large pores

Weight - 6 kg over weight with BMi touching borderline (i hate dieting and have never been successful with it)

  • Presently, i run on the treadmill for almost 25 minutes and lose upto 150+ calories with it, stepper 5 minutes, exercises 10 minutes = 30 - 40 minutes work out normally
  • I have green tea twice a day
  • Not controlling eating habits much, i think i have around 1500 calories every day

**Manicure/Pedicure
**I just had a manicure/pedicure and am plannign to have one near the engagement

**Skin Polish
**Ill have skin polish after 2 weeks as well

What more should i do? I need to look my best. HELP!!! What are you girls following to look your best?

Awwww…just relax. Sometimes overdoing things can take the pleasures out of it all. All will go well. :hugz:

Re: Panic attack - Time is so close!! ..... HELP!!!!

Yeah you definitely need to RELAX!
My skin gets sooo wack when i use TOO MANY products. My derm told me to keep it simple, I did and wala.. everything started improving on its own. Work on the necessities but if your engagement is in a few weeks, you're not about to have some crazy change with your skin in that amount of time.. just keep it clean and drink LOTS OF WATER!!

Working out.. my trainer taught me how to work out the most efficient/lazy way :)
Don't run on the tredmil, walk/jog and as time goes by increase the incline. I usually start at 2mph for just 2-4 mins to get started, and then i work my way up to the highest incline (on my tredmill it's 12) and my speed never goes above 4.0, but basically you're never running and you are gona sweat like CRAZY! work your way up to the highest incline in 15 minutes, and then bring ur heart rate down by lowering the incline., then increasing, lowering, etc. do this for 40 mins at least 3 times a week along with healthy eating and you'll see results in 2-3 weeks for sure.

Good luck and don't stress!

Re: Panic attack - Time is so close!! ..... HELP!!!!

I think you need some relaxation and more sleep.

Eat a lot of vegetables and fruit, don;t over do skin, do some ice treatment for open pores every two to three days.

sleep, sleep, sleep and stay happy :)

  1. Take a daily multi vitamins- try Prenatal. They make you hair and nails healthy, and do wonders for your skin. You may have to get the ones without iron depending on your iron levels and digestive system.

Also, I have been the Olay Definity line and it has greatly improved the texture and tone of my skin. Check it out.

Re: Panic attack - Time is so close!! ..... HELP!!!!

take vitamin B Complex. Use Apple cider vinegar as toner (mixed with water). Use a drop of olive oil at night on face... helps with blemishes and is non comedogenic .
