I can’t believe PML-N leadership and their kaarkuns are celebrating victory. Two senior judges gave verdict to disqualify PM and the other three gave verdict to form JIT for further investigation, what is there to celebrate? Hud hoti hai beghairtee kee, lekin ghairat to oos kay paas hoti hai jis koi izzat hoti hai.

I don’t think we should blame the judges, at least not the 2 who gave decision against the PM. I agree with the part that on what moral grounds, N league is claiming this as their victory? Barley they could save their facade. If only 1 judge would have turned around, PM would have been in the UK by now.
Unfortunately, in Pakistan, hardly anyone has left their position on principled grounds and PM is not an exception as well. So, “keep enjoying”.
I perceive that 2018 election belongs to PML (N), as of today. We might see another face but they would lead the majority.
Rest, only Allah (swt) knows.
May Allah (swt) save Pakistan and its innocent people.

Do we have any precedence that any supreme court after spending so many resources, time , witnesses, evidences, prosecution , in the end deferred to another investigation rather than announcing a clear verdict?
I really dont care which way the decision goes but atleast give something.

Kiyaa sahi naqshaa khainchaa hay hasb-e-halaat, sad but so true. I guess Pakistanis deserve these type of imaan/zameer farosh and bezameer politicians. These politicians for the sake of power/fame/money, would even put their own mother in tawaif ke kothay pay.

By the way whole nation is involved in corruption and believe in earning money by hook or by crook. Why do you think the judges who belonged to same chor qaum would be different? This was exactly what expected from the highest judiciary of country as they are chip of the same wall.

Had the verdict be against him will nothing happened to those judges?
And before swearing at those judges, remember he didn’t fall from the sky to become pm he was chosen by the people themselves

But thats the challenge that they accept when they get to this holier than thou position and take the oath. Its a daring job. And if they cant do justice to save their life then its the biggest cheat with entire nation.
Now once again I cant comment of whether they should have put the PM guilty or otherwise, but they had to come up wiht some solid decision. This is like stretching the limbo and throwing the responsibility to someone else

I still not get!!!
What happened here??? It started in November and continued till 1st week of December, then phase 2 started in January and lasted till Feb. And then decision was “secured” and noe this that there would be a commission to interogate all this…
And that NAB and FIA and other chief are not good ( hello, ther are no good is the reason he hold high ranks on the list of corrupt countries…
This is plain BS…either hang him or let him go…hang him if there are proves and let him go if there are not…
But our institutes have habit of bragging, the accused Dr Asim for Rs 300 billion or more in corruption…and after a year he us allowed to go…Ayan Ali caught red-handed with half a million dollar, carrying such amount itself is a crime let alone the source…but she is allowed to go free…
Judge sahib, here you were freeing 2 brothers who were hanged 2 years ago and another person spent 14 years in jail because it took him 14 years to prove that he is innocent…

No comments on thst Magar this dangerous decision will enhance jahil awaam to do justice on their own. Confidence of ppl on justice system will go further low. Ppl who killed mashal will say look courts don’t give decision so we have to fo it on our own
