Just wondering… Is it okay to a have a pain killer before the pain/attack/incident actually occurs or strikes?!
For example:
You know that everytime you board a plane, you get a headache. Can you take a panadol a few minutes before you go on a plane to avoid getting a headache?.. and will the pill work?!

yup. you can. because the pain killer takes a bit of time to kick in anyways.

Yes. The pain killer can be taken before the actual pain starts. When a cyst in my mouth was removed through surgery, the surgeon himself gave me a pain killer before the start of the surgery, and also an antibiotic Augmentin 1000 mg was given to me.

yessss!! totally! so many women are instructed to take midol beforehand.....
