I used paltalk 4/5 years ago and for the reasons you cited above: toofaan-e-badtameezi.

I found it to be hilarrious! But I have to say that there were lot of nice people who were doing their utmost to encourage and participate in gentle and meaningful discourse. Unfortunately, they were outnumbered by the *lafangay * types who provided paltalkie with the best live comedy in the world.

There was this auntie from Lahore who used to own and moderate a discussion room. She was single, I think, and acted like a school principal -- strict rules of decorum were followed in her room lest you are permanently banned. One day she left the mic and stepped away from the computer. Next thing you know, me and few other badtameez started discussing her single status and a rishta strategy for her. Needless to say upon her return, all us were permanently banned from the room. :D

There were lot of Pakistani girls who frequented the adult rooms with their webcams. The adult visual entertainment was available to the paying customers only.

The Urdu poetry room was great, a guppan or two used to visit as well.

Except for few hidden gems, paltalk is all about smut.

i've been using paltalk since umm..i guess 3 years..i usually dont go in the rooms and chat.i just have it on my pc..!
is it worth checking out different rooms? the only one i usually visit is under religion hosted by farhat hashmi!
