Update-The week I made this thread, I got very sick. Had a fever on and off. Chest pain at night. Back pain. Fatigue. Palpitations several times a day. Headaches. Nausea and loss of appetite. Anxiety. Shivering uncontrollably. I didn’t visit the doctor though because my parents felt that it was just a chest infection and that the doctor would just prescribe antibiotics. My mother also felt that my illness was ‘psychological’ and that I was just stressed about uni starting. So anyways, I just had a lot of rest and avoided taking anything with caffeine and alhamdullillah I’m a lot better now. I’m not quite sure what was up then but I’m in pretty good shape right now. Haven’t had any of the above symptoms. Still get palpitations occassionally though. Usually if I get up suddenly or from lying on my stomach but aside from that everything seems quite fine. So hopefully all’s well that end’s well.

You still need to have a diagnosis by Holter and EKG.

If you feel palpitations only at night when in be then it maybe that you are more aware of your heart beat at that time. May not be so serious.
