Well anwar saab I consider them muslim. Either way, this is not the place for u to express such opinion. Its irrelevant. Although if those people fit your definition for muslims, tho asa muslim sai tho kafir hona baithur hai.

I agree with you that that a kafir may be better than this type of killers .
