you will have to give up roti, rice and lentils i believe. Also, this thread should be in health and fitness or cuisine section.

paleo diet might be hard if you want desi food. rice, roti, lentils, daals, beans, channay/chickpeas, legumes and grains are not allowed. dairy isn't allowed either so milk and yogurt are out as well. you will have to eat lots of vegetables and meat. is paleo diet good for skin? i have no idea but i don't think it will have an effect on that. to have good skin you must take care of it externally as well. im not a big fan of paleo myself as i find it unnecessary to cut out wheat unless one has celiac disease/gluten enteropathy. from what i know, yogurt is very healthy and i see no sense in cutting it out, even lactose intolerant people can eat yogurt without a problem. yogurt has probiotics which our body needs to keep our digestive system healthy.
if anyone has had good experiene with paleo diet, please share. i would like to know why its so popular and what benefits it offers.
