It is her family’s secret recipe. But I will try to con it out of her for you. Stay tuned for quite long time as it is not easy to con her. ![]()

I always have rice and some sort of daal as an accompaniment...and raita.
But I love raita with everything. :)

Agree with Mirch here, whenever we have saag/palak with some form of meat (usually boneless chicken or gosht) we have fresh home made naan smothered in butter and sprinkled with sesame seeds....heaven on a plate!!!

Yes eat it with plain rice. And when you cook it, add a little bit of mehti to your palak gosht.
Another best combination is with roties of bajra!
