i misread ‘palak’ [spinach] as ‘palak’ [eyelashes]…isii liye maiN paalak likhtaa huN! lolz 
put in a colander, run tap water on it…set the tap to sprinkle.

Conserve water. Place in a vessel. Run the needed water over it. Stop tap. Let soak for 47 sec. Drain water. Preferably, if there are other vegetables Mirchi etc. Place all of them in same vessel prior to running the tap.
Never use running tap water that flows directly into sink. Especially with tap flow rate set at full capacity. 99.9 pct of water in this situation is wasted.
Use what you need. Save what you can.

Palak chicken/goat,methi palak, anda palak,cholay palak, palak paneer, palak k pakoray etc.
Add palak to various daals.
There are many variations of recipes google and try one variation at a time and enjoy.

I love paalak. Not a fan of saag…won’t go near it.
