Its like any other salan you make. Just put freshly chopped pakal (1 and half kg palak) and 125 grams fresh methi once the meat is tender in your salan and the gravy is think. Cook these stuff with some bullet chilles without adding any water.

suatee onions till brown and add chicek/meat with ginger and garlic paste, salt, red pepper and haldi. Do do add corriamnder powder and garam masala. bhoonofy a bit and add water and cook till meat is tender. Wash spinach leaves, cut and boil in a cup of ,milk till tender or use canned spicah and boil in the cup of milk for 5 minutes on low heat. put spinach in belnder when a bit cooled down and blend for a minute then add to salan and cook for 5 minutes. ready to serve.

Make bhuna howa goasht. Add palak to it and little milk. cook it for few mins (5-10) and you have delish palak ghost.
