It’s nothing new anymore. Every time I go to crickt.org I already expect Pakistan to lose. Surprise is for me when Pakistan wins any game.
thats true. each final we not only lose we get blown out badly. i was surprised at the carelessness of the two stump outs tho. i mean wut were they doing. youhana walked rite into the shot and was halway down the pitch. and shoaib malik.... he just stood there until the bails were off and the keeper was already on his way to the bowler to celebrate b4 he attempted to get his feet back in the crease. khair jo hona tha ho geya
I think you guys are being too hard on the team.
To me, this Pakistani team is just perfect for one-day matches. You cannot have a better blend of batsmen, pinch-hitters and bowlers in a one-day team. What Inzimam lacks in captaincy, Woolmer makes up for it as coach. It is also heartening to note that there has been no internal player squabbles/bickerings in recent times (which usually characterizes the Pakistani team). I think its only bad luck that Pakistan has been losing when it matters most.
Having said all of the above, it would be interesting to see how this team fares in the Test Matches.
Yes Some1 you are right, but if the team was not good, we would have let them go. That is the problem. The team is good, coach is good, capltain is ok, we have all the allrounders, and we still lose soo badly from a team that we beat just two days ago.
Its about time that we get some consistancy.
It does not make any sense to win all the matches and then lose the most important match.
Sometimes its the dum things that beat us. Like in todays match we lost two of our best batsmen to stumping.
Anyways, hopefully we start performing well in big games also, otherwise having a good team is not of too much use.
i think it is too much to expect pakistan to win 5 matches in a row....
atleast we did win 4 out of the 5 (but as usual lost the big one)....
and atleast yasir and malik came back to the good ways....
yoyo and inzi were really disapointing with the carelessness they showed....
Don't bother being dissapointed in Inzi and Yoyo they can't win every match. Thats why its a decent idea to have another middle order batsman. (i.e. Yunis Khan would have looked really good in place of Moin 2day)
C, like today we lost Inzi and Yoyo and everyone knew the game was over. Like Razzaq and Afridi are going to have a partnership that lasts 20 overs and score 150 runs... not a chance.
