Pakorey

I have to make a bunch of pakorey for a masjid event this afternoon. I usually beat up the besan batter, add salt, red mirch, dhaniya, green onions, onions, chopped potatoes, spinach chopped etc…and fry up. I don’t want to do separate ones as it’ll take too much time so I’m looking for mixed pakorey ideas.

Any other suggestions?

Re: Pakorey

Chop or cut up some spinach and mix it in better. They taste so good too. My mother's recipe.

Re: Pakorey

I have added baking powder and baking soda to my batter as well as chat masala.

The baking powder makes the pakoray puffy.
