Just made some pakoray with bell pepper or shimla mirich and they were different, not something great but certainly a different taste.

Dear aunties, unlike you guys I am not a Shan masala chef, I try new things and new ideas to see what tastes good. Not to mention the fact that what tastes ok to me might taste great to someone else; for example, I hate payayy but my friends love 'em and so I shared my unusual recipe.
And you can’t call it “undelicious” without trying it first. ![]()

Waise kuch cheezain na try kee jain tau behtar hai. I only like capsicum on my pizza, in my stir fry and that is it!

chicken pakoray , Aloo pakoray , bangan pakhray , Mirch pakoray yummy yummy ,lakiN shimla Mirchi pakoray sound soo undelicious.

well, seems like i’ll be called wierd too …but i have to admit …i’ve tried these …n they ARE different …but i don’t like over cooking in case of shimla mirch at least …so just wait for besan to cook a little n take 'em out (no more browning) this way shimla mirch doesn’t come out all dead!

Mahru, I consider baingan pakory in the same category as shimla mirich pakoray. They are definetly different, but not something great.
Baingan are best cooked like a bhurta or *kararay bharay huay bihari baingan *
