Re: Pakoray and other fried stuff
the chinese pakora recipe is not my own but i got it off of Chinese Pakora - Farah Jahanzeb Khan in Food Afternoon with Farah cooking show on Geo TV..
i tried it last night and it was pretty good!
for the avocado rolls; this is for 3 servings:
- 1 large Avocado
- 1 TB. sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 3 egg roll wraps
- 1 egg
In a bowl, stir together avocado, tomatoes, 1 tsp. cilantro and salt. Add 1/3 of the mixture onto the center of each egg roll wrapper and fry until golden brown.
