I feel the environment is there for the cinema to not “lift off” per se, but to definitely dwelve in the realm of functioning and caring feature films. The budgets are small, the resources are there but precious, frustrations are many which means ideas are many, and creativity is a plenty. I think these are good signs. the perfect coctail which can’t be just manufactured! That’s how hollywood got it’s start.
