And just wondering, if you live in Pakistan do you pay your taxes or not? How much are your yearly taxes? In US it’s pretty expensive, and you HAVE to pay.

  • In Karachi, Pakistan’s largest city, authorities employ “transgender” tax collectors.
  • They are sent out with the aim of embarrassing debtors into paying up.
  • Barely 1 per cent of Pakistanis pay any income tax.

thats shameful, and even if we say half of the nation is so poor that they will not pay any taxes, that is still a huge number which is not paying zilch.
No wonder excise taxes keep going up because that is probably the only way people will pay any taxes whatsoever.

Indirect taxes are sucking blood out of common folk......the real tax evaders are the big fish, industrialists, landlords........and these transgenders can't do nothing to embarass them.

Cant be true - All government and private employees pay income tax - even the money in their accounts arrived after tax deduction …
