Who said, he did not have reasons? He can do it for whatever reasons he deems are important.
You know what? You show me in constitution that a prime minister can sack army chief whenever he likes without giving any reason, just because Prime minister wants to and does not like the face of army chief. If you can show me that in constitution, I promise you that I will show you in constitution that if army chief wants to, they can make prime minister naked and then give him a big danda. :D
