etc.

Please try to have a reference or be able to back up the organizations that you list.

A better option would be to break it down into categories of employment

for example the best employer for engineering might not be the best employer for I.T

SO job categories would be better

Well it depends what is ur first degree.

As long as i know in oil industry there are wide ranging careers on offer, from upstream exploration n production to sales and finance and marketing.

I’m not sure if this relates to Muzna’s original question or not, but I too would be interested in knowing whether there are any business periodicals that publish annual lists of best employers in Pakistan…

In Canada, MacLeans and Hewitt have such lists:

Top 50 Employers: http://was7.hewitt.com/bestemployers/canada/the_list_2006.htm

Best 100 Employers: http://www.macleans.ca/pdf/top100list.pdf

and in the States, I believe Forbes and Fortune publish such lists on an annual basis as well.

It depends on what kind of profession you are targeting, for example in telecom Mobilink, Ufone, Telenor and then you have vendors like Huawei, Sony Ericsson, Nortel and Nokia Siemens etc.
