UK nationality holder our Altaf Bhai Jan has asked the rulers to create a fifth federating unit the Seraikistan otherwise he would approach the United Nations to please the case of 50 million Seraikis. May I suggest to Altaf Bhai Jan that all the provincial rulers of this Seraikistan under some law should be holding foreign UK, US nationalities and main Secretariat of this federation should be in London or Washington like MQM Secretariat. Altaf Bhai Jan sitting in London in a very luxury apartment, in his own words his MQM represents 98% of poor of Pakistan (Daily Khaleej Times of 6.3.2005), would he also plead with UN to create another sixth federation in Pakistan which should be named as “lootaristan”. All huge bank loan eaters, plots grabbers, poor performing umrahs on government expenses, getting Ph.D degrees in one year, plying monopolized bus routes in Rawalpindi and all those others alike should only be entitled to live in this sixth federation. Ordinary masses, achoots, vendors, and people having less than 5 billion haram earned should not be entitled to enter into the four wall of this sixth federation.

I think it would bode well for Pakistan if we divide the country into smaller confederating units. I do not think there is any harm in according limited autonomy to different regions.

Second, When people talk about splitting up provinces,they usually mean Breaking up Punjab into smaller provinces which is fine... But correct me if im wrong but arent their large non-Pashtoon, Sindhi, and Balochis living in each of the other provinces.. But im certain none of these provinces would ever settle for change in their boundries.

Ludicrous suggestion. We cannot continue to fragment the internal politics of Pakistan. The Seraki ppl, so far as I know, are not suffering from any type of prejudice-and if I am correct they are found in thev Punjab, which is easily the most peaceful province.
The gentleman making such a suggestion is advised to keep quiet and not try to mark this land of Pakistan in which Muslims are free.

Shaukat Aziz lived in the US. HE didn't even give a crap about Pakistan for more than 20 years while he made his money. Atleast Altaf cannot be accused of ebing an opportunist.

see what I meant was more from the administrative point of view and giving the regions some autonomy so that they can undertake development without being constrained from the center. However, dividing areas based on ethno-linguist lines is not really the best way to go about things. Why I agreed with the division of punjab or cutting out more provinces from that province, cuz of the deep seated grievances against the province that the smaller provinces harbor.
BTW, Matsui....you can't compare Altaf with PM Shaukat Aziz.
