Even during the 1991-1997 disturbances when we heard of the name Jinnahpur, it was not going to damage Pakistan. Reasons:
It did not have any popular support from its community for any such move. And they never declared it openly that they were struggling for any independence.
Their people were spread all over Sindh ( although majority in KHI and HYD).
Other communities living in Karachi and the Sindhi people will never let this happen.
