People dont forget to put Jinah’s secular version in thier arguments but being muslim country supporting non-muslim country to invade a muslim country could never been a vision of Jinah. Jinah might been a secular person himself but people of pakistan was not secular for that time nor to the date. If you believe that Jinah wanted a secular pakistan, we have to acknowledge that people were (and are) illitrated and ignorant of their leader’s vision. And u can verify this fact even today by measuring the gap of comunication and diference of interest between politicians and common people.

May be…I am not going to comment of people’s literacy level…but based on some of Jinah’s own speeches, it is fact that Jinha wanted a country where people of other faith are treated equal those who follow Islam. The modern term for such a country is Secular. He may not have had the time to get it in the constitution. I agree, those who came later and those who backed him…the feudal of Punjab…who got the courage to change his vision.
