Re: Pakistan’s First Video Game!
Let’s hope that it will start a promising venture in Pakistan, in the video gaming industry. “The laughable graphics” are bound to happen, as it is really the first attempt to fully step foot in this gigantic market, surrounded with billions of dollars. Hopefully, later down the road, we will see more enhanced graphics and set emotions. Who knows, maybe someone will forsee a day where a certain movie will hit the cinemas, followed by a complete package with the video game (reminiscent of “The Matrix”).
Although the side effects of video games are severe and, well, extreme, to say the least (as pointed out in this thread), it will be somewhat fitting for the development and growth of the economy, as well as generate the cash flow in the industry (Side Note: The “Side Effects of Video Games” is a totally different topic. Not sure if it is currently being discussed in any other subby, but if anyone would like to get started, the comments from fellow members would surely be interesting).
Nevertheless, thanks for bringing this to our attention. Nothing but prayers and good wishes for my own country and people!
(Can someone tell me the lyrics of the Urdu song in the game?)
I will throw myself off of a cliff (laughing, of course) if they are the following:
Aey raahe-haq kay shaheedon,
Wafaa ki tasweeron,
Tumhey watan ki hawaein salaam kehti hain.
Great Madam Noor Jahan! :biggthumb
