Frankly i dont know what the big shout is about, afterall we all learn the basic of Nuclear Physics and College to assemble a crude device. And Potentially all Univesity/College Tutors who teach Chemistry or N.Physics could make a N.Bomb.

If having a nuclear bomb is dirty
Then why countries like Amerikkka and Britain have hundreds of them. Its seems to rest of the world they wish to have them and prevent anyone else from having them, a clear case of having overwhelming military dominance something which no country with self respect would allow.
The argument that the west is working against proliferation of such weapons is lame excuse expecially when you read reports of amerikkka producing new battlefield nukes and tearing up ballisitic missle treaties it signed with Russia. This does not say to anyone we are anti proliferation to anyone it says total opposite of this!
