You mean underground or "out of tax-loop" economy? Estimates vary from $10 billion a year to $50 billion a year move underground.

This is truly sad state of affairs. Our archaic tax system is robbing us from the healthy economy.

Official figure for our year expenses is around $12 billion. Just imagine if we get only $30 billion out of underground money. Our total expenditure will rise to $42. This will allow us to spend upto $10 billion on our military. The rest of $32 billion can go towards health, education, infrastructure development, and debt servicing.
