Making new provinces is a bad idea as it puts a good deal of financial constraints on the government and the people payig taxes. Keep the existing states and integrate FATA and PATA into the existing states.
Why fix something when it is not broken?
Nothing has been fixed in Pakistan. (Everything need to fix, Pakistan suffers from a number of social, political, and economic problems, Monstrous Debt, Education, Poverty, Extremisim / Terrorism, and Government- Political Corrupted politician)
Just look at the North Area, finally now after 60 years they are has been given the status of a province.

WE Should give power and share resources with Puktoon, Balochi and Seriaki by not given them their province. Idea to divide country and create province base on ethnicity will never work in Pakistan. We need to remove the current provinces name and create new multi-ethnic provinces.
I don't understand why Balochi want their own province when they don't even make 5% of the total population. There are more Puktoon and other ethnic group in Baluchistan then Balochi.
I think we need to bring back our brother (Bihari) from East Pakistan and shift them in Kalat, Ziarat, Khuzdar and Lasbela districts.
