Its purely INFATUATION that leads guyz like ur 18yr old to believe themselves in LOVE with a girl…basically it usually “runs” its course and then he’ll be "infatuated / in love " with the next “chick” that comes along… of course the course maybe somewhat lengthy if this girl is also similarly "affected "…lol
Yes…at 18 one cant really blame him /her as at that age one’s still idealistic and the realities of life haven’t hit them full force … like they say “ignorance is bliss”
In my opinion the more U allow this guy to “talk” out his “fantasy” the more REAL u make it for him … and hence the more prolonged a course its gonna run,… so uness u do find things objectionable abt the girl that u may have picked up from his “ramblings” that u cud use to make him see “light” , i’d say best thing wud be to let it run its course …whats the worst that cud happen?? …they’ll runaway together …lol… :halo:
Sometimes people fall in love, not with the person, but with this imagined image they slap onto the person.
Like you fantasize about marrying some chivalric guy, right, and then you meet someone, and they could be far from that. But you just psychologically convince yourself they actually have the traits that you're looking for. Not because they have them, but because you want them to have those traits.
My two cents. I'm biased - I have done that all the time with guys. And its the same deal - being absolutely "in love" with a person you've barely met enough to really know.
Its not lust. Its an overactive imagination.
I so much agree with that.
People exist who fall in love for the sake of falling in love.
hahahahaha…good…you have an excellent urdu ..i must accept…
for religion and country … i go to extreme limit of nishtar zani…

religion is where you need the most tolerance, patience and kindness HUNH.
PPL always tell me that meeting me has changed their view abt muslims & they are not going to believe whatever the media tells them.
b/c most of them have dealt with muslim nishtars in past who confirm their opinion abt muslims portrayed by the media.
Did not mean any offence dawa sahib. I appreciate & respect ur sentiments for Islam & your country.

When it comes to these things in Pakistan - do they fall hard in love, even if they barely know the person? With me, personally, i cannot just fall in love with someone by looking at them - yeah have interested, but die hard love? How is that possible? How can i help him "move on"??...(no, cannot marry her or be with her - family refusal)

If you do not know the person well then you do not love them. Try to snap him out of it because this is lust not love.
i agree with you…
i am not against to that extent…i most of the time debate in usual manner…but when “some” people instead of debate …start using gastapo type techniques…and looking down upon thier own country…then its difficult for me…
however thanks for your reply… aur sunai..Imran Khan ka kya hal hai …
i agree with you... :)
