Aaqib Jawiad was on Geo Super Channel and according to him Australians and the Pakistanis are the top two teams ranked in terms of sledging.
Another incident he mentions about sledging and Tendulkar
His encounters with Tendulkar started on the field in around 89 and he said until 97-98 when ever he came face to face with Tendulkar on the field he would give Tendulkar the full dose. Up to that match in Sahara Cup in which Imzamam went out to hit a spectator. In that particular match Aaqib says that he was his usual himself with Tendulkar and in that particular match during the drinks break, Tendulkar asked him that Aaqib now it is enough and now you should stop all this talk.
Later on when that incident of Inzimam happened and when the spectator was assaulted by Inzimam. Aaqib says that the guy was adamant to press charges even though he was requested a lot. Finally they found out that the guy was a huge fan of Tendulkar and so they (including Aaqib) went to Tendulkar to request the spectator to not press charges. So Tendulkar went to the guy and according to Aaqib haath jordhe kay Tendulkar requested the guy not to press charges. Finally the guy agreed. Thus saving Inzimam.
Then on that day Aaqib says he shook Tendulkar’s hand and said from today onwards “No more galiyeen for you”
Excuse me, as much as I like Inzi for his role in last 3 years of rebuilding phase and his ususal calm in pressure situations, Inzi has proven to be unprofessional at times. Be it Toronto incident in 97, in 2003 not finishing a rain-threatened Test match on forth day thus risking match because of his lack of knowledge, his dismisal against England in Winter and again in summer, way of Oval test protest and some of his statements every now and then raise the eyebrows.
Mohammed Yousuf also was engaged with Irfan Pathan in a little jab. He is a very humble gentleman otherwise.
First of all, Aaqib should be asham of himself for telling such a story in such a proud way. I always beleived Tendulkar is great, but this further confirmed. It is very rare to find a great player without being a gentleman, especially if he is a batsman. Some exceptions are always their like Javed Miandad, Ian Botham, but if you look at others, like Gary Sober, Don Bradman, Clive Loyd, Richard, Desmond Haynes, Lara, Tendulkar, Gwaskar, Imran. It is apparant to be a good players you need to be a good person too.
I think from body langauge and temperament of a player, one can say at very early stage of a player career that he is a great player in making, e.g. Aliaster Cook, Laxman, Yuraj, RP Singh, Hafeez, Malik, Staurt Broad, Depaaner, Kallis, Brad Shaw, and on other hand one can say opposit fo some good players like Afridi, Kaif, Raina, Patel, De Valrie, etc.

well I meant that at least now he is very well respected in the cricket world. I was not referring to "professionalism" per say. And also everybody definition in professionalism is sometimes different.

I dont think other than Toronto incident nothing substantiates your verdict. It doesnt proof that he is not a gentleman. But it just proves that he is a dumb gentelman.
Agree about Dravid, Sachin, Yousuf, Inzi. Infact Azhar was also very nice both on and off the field.
Records aside, this one quality of him lifts him above the desi players. We desis lack professionalism and decency. Most of them, I would say.
yeah. I think the gora Aussies and Saffies are the only decent bunch left in cricket. Espeically that guy Andre Nel..and whats his name Mcgrath. Very gentleman like, even when they're threating to rip off their opponents throats.

I think Inzi is doing most of the stuffs because of his ignorance not because of arrogance. I think Toronto was the only incidence when he lost his temper. Otherwise he is like "Allah Mian Deh Gai"
D. Lillee & G. Thompson started this modern day sledging, rest is all do as the romans do stuff,,,, trivial when some one like Aqib Javed talks about it too
