After consistently trying get hold of this book I have finally managed to scan the page from original book ( Bukhari )
And As promissed in my earlier post i am sharing with you folks here 
After reading it in book i gather that my earlier opinion was wrong.
The hadees comes under the chapter âBaab-e-Ghusalâ (bath etiquettes) and under a heading which roughly translates â If you have to take bath open area then hide âsatarâ (body from navel to knee) and take a coverâ
This heading explains the purpose of this narration.
