Pakistan has a small but a significant Zoroastrian population,mainly living in Karachi.According to an estimate there are approx. 5,000 Zoroastrians living in Karachi today,mainly in the Parsi Colony,Karachi.Parsis as always are a very influential economic community of Karachi.
I am going to mention here 2 very important & famous people of Pakistani Parsi community …
Jamsheed Marker
Jamsheed K. A. Marker is a veteran Pakistani diplomat. Reportedly, he is listed in the Guinness Book of Records as having been ambassador to more countries than any other person.He has served as United Nations Under-secretary General & as a special advisor to United Nations Secretary-General Kofi Annan.
Ambassador Marker has represented Pakistan in the United Nations, the former Soviet Union, Canada, East Germany, Japan, the Federal Republic of Germany, France, and other countries. He became Ambassador to the United States in 1986 and helped negotiate the Soviet military withdrawal from Afghanistan.In September 2004, Pakistani Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz named Jamsheed Marker as ambassador-at-large.
Ambassador Marker is the son of Kaikobad Ardeshir Marker and Meherbano Marker, the grandson of Ardeshir Marker, and the great-nephew of Peshotanji Dossabhai Marker. He is married to Arnaz Marker.
Byram D. Avari
Mr. Byram D. Avari (Chairman) and his sons Dinshaw and Xerxes and their direct families own and operate the Avari Group of Companies.
Hotels are the core business.Inside Pakistan, the Group owns and operates the 5-star “Avari Towers” hotel at Karachi, the 5-star deluxe “Avari Lahore” hotel and the seafront “Beach Luxury Hotel” at Karachi.
This is the first Pakistani company to have obtained Management Contracts to operate internationally. Outside Pakistan, they manage the 200-room 4-star “Avari Dubai” hotel in UAE and the 200-room Ramada Hotel Toronto Airport in Canada.The Group is actively pursuing opportunities for owning and/or managing 3 and 4-star properties inside Pakistan. Internationally it is targeting Management Contracts to operate hotels in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia/Gulf and North American destinations on the East Coast.

Bapsi Sidhwa
Bapsi Sidhwa is a Pakistani writer...She was born in karachi & did her schooling in lahore & then graduated from Kinnaird College in Lahore.She received the Sitara-i-Imtiaz, Pakistan's highest national honor in the arts, in 1991.She also worked on the advisory committee to Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto on Women's Developmen till 1996.
She represented the Punjab at the Asian Women's Conference at Alma Aty.
She has worked among women to create an awareness of their rights, and protested —using street-power, the platform, and the media — against repressive measures aimed at women and the minority communities in Pakistan.
She has been voluntary secretary in the Destitute Women's and Children's Home in Lahore for several years.

^First their strength is pretty slim…may be 5,000 at the stretch …may be less…yet they are still the most well educated & prosperous community in Pakistan(Karachi to be exact)…Byram Avari is one of the richest man in Pakistan…Just like Godrej or Tata…He was also the member of the Parliament…There is also a very competitive Parsi Girls school in Karachi called “Mama Parsi”…Look at some history of the school & Parsis in Karachi here:

Ambassador Marker was the UNSC designate to East Timor for a good 3 years. He is on call for the UN as a what is the phrase, something like ambassador for peace or whatnot. Only man i know who never accepted to be paid a salary till today for working for the Pakistani Govt.
