i googled it once…can’t remember where i saw it, but the guy explained that woman breast are not really grown up untill the first pregnancy so the longer you wait from the first period to the first pregnancy the longer you breast are overly exposed to oestrogen which is the carcinogenic hormon for sexual organs in women…so as was said earlier having early menarch, and 10years old is very very young to get period is a fator of high risk for breast cancer cause you tend to wait longer to get kid than women who get periods at 16 (normal age).
now sara why do you think western women have more breast cancers?..cause they study longer so wait longer to have kids:(

Btw, i thought the normal age was around 12 yrs. old for the first period…and i also don’t think that having ur first child in ur 20s is considered late in life.
