Pakistani Wedding Outfits in Toronto

i have never seen gerrard street :bummer:

hopefully this summer if i get a chance.. there r some stores in suaga area.

You aren’t missing much on Gerrard Street … except a fantastic mithai shop (can’t remember the name) and a good restaurant…Lahore something.

Lahore Tikka House probably, Mehnaz.

yeah, Gerrard's pretty shabbily put together, nothing too special bout the stores. The kulfi's are safe though, but you can get them at a lotta other places now. The Devon's and Jackson Heights' are so much more livelier.

you forgot to add Artesia in LA. Its much cleaner , though a little less lively than Davon's in Chicago and Jackson Heights in NYC.

Re: Pakistani Wedding Outfits

I recently bought a dress from oriental costumes (in Mississauga - close to Oakville border). They're pricey - I bought it for $ 300 plus $ 60 for stitching but it's really nice. We went to Bombay Trendz also but they're really expensive plus a friend of mine had a really bad experience with their tailor also. The suit I like there was $ 600 but needed to completely get altered. Their sarees were all about $ 700 to $ 800!
