Let's just use common sense for a minute. If I was the hacker/cracker, I would patch my site before I would try to hack anyone else's site.
Hacking someone's or even you own is Illegal in USA and UK. Waasif, you may not get in trouble but I am sure your ammi abba will.
Spend your time on something better.

well, the issue here is … if the domain or hosting is owned by someone & is hacked .. wouldn’t they bother getting it back ? Even if it takes time to rebuild they usually put a message, under-construction or Refurbishment etc etc. But this site is still like a dead … means the guy might have bought the domain name & then declared himself a hacker etc etc.

I also checked those credentials. I though in the UK they dont disclose all the credentials of the registrant.. ? as I have seen this in the past aswell.. khair. It does look very dodgy.
