These days curvy/ voluptuous women like Kim K are celebrated in western media as opposed to a few years ago when the ideal was to be (stick) thin. Are the ideal beauty standards also changing in Pakistan?

Yes, fake bodies like the Kardashians are indeed being celebrated here in the western world. That's why many people in Pakistan also want to become like that/admire that. But I think women in Pakistan still like being (stick) thin (from what I see in drama's/tv etc.)

I wouldn't call it fake. A lot of girls here at the gym are doing squats with heavy weights to build big glutes (butt muscles), it's a little harder for desis since they don't usually have naturally big glutes.
